Mr. & Mrs. Curtis
The Dress...
I got my dress from The Perfect Dress. Surprisingly I found it on the sale rack for about $400.00. It had a very low back, low neckline, no sleeves, and a princess style. I was lucky enough to have thee most amazing woman help build my dream dress. She did such an amazing job. This is a picture of my dress before alterations. She took the dress in from the waist down to give me the mermaid style dress I wanted. She then built up the neckline and back. Finally added my
custom lace sleeves.

The Decor...
The first thing that guests saw when they got to the wedding was this fabulous gift table. Yes, I said gift table. One of my moms dearest friends, Edward Quayle, was kind enough to let us borrow his gorgeous car for the night. We used this car as my gift table. Guests would place their gifts in the trunk of the car.
Edward even dressed up for the part!
We placed a banner across the back window that said "Gifts".
Right behind the car we had our sign-in table.
My mom's friend Ashley let us borrow her vintage wagon that she found. It is so darling, we filled it with Hydrangea's.

The theme of this table was "Reasons I Love You".
All over the tree were little tags that Paul and I wrote to each other of reasons we loved one another.

Guests were then led down a walkway lined with vintage jars filled with beautiful flowers.
At the entrance of the back yard- we used an old door and painted it the color blue used in the decor. My mom and I made the wreath out of Coffee Filters. The bench was made from an old head board. My Uncle Scott made this beautiful bench for us.
My mom and I found so many cool old windows and doors that we used throughout the backyard.
Ashley also let us use a couch that she had recovered. Right behind the couch is a head board we found at D.I. and just repainted it.
The view of the backyard. Everything just seemed to all come together, it turned out so beautiful.
My mom and her friend Toni came up with such a darling idea to implement decor into the pool area. They made Garland to stretch across the pool, using anything that had my wedding colors in it. We also used white beach balls in the pool.
For our tables we rented the most darling farm house tables. We bought lace from JoAnn's and used that as our table runners.
All of the different vases and cups we found at all the different Thrift Shops we went too.
My mom's friend Michelle helped us make all the cute banners and signs with Photoshop. She did such an awesome job and is so talented!
Our dessert table
Michelle let us use her cute chandeliers to hang throughout the backyard. For dinner we had a BBQ. We had it catered by Utah Celebrations. They Served three different kinds of burgers along with fries and sweet potato fries.
To display our Menu, we had these small doors that we painted with chalkboard paint. We wrote the different types of burgers you could choose from. Then placed a banner across the top that said "M-E-N-U"
We also had a soft serve Ice Cream Machine
and now for my pride and joy... My cake table.
We found an old vintage dresser at D.I., painted it light pink and made it our cake table.
We found the mugs at Anthropology.
I am so thankful for everyone who helped make my vision come to life. I am so blessed to have a mother who worked so hard and was so patient with me. I had a blast working with her in planning my wedding!
